Membership Information


An education agency with ECAA membership has acquired an appropriate combination of minimum number of representative of Australian Education Providers and practical experience in education industry. These representative and experience have been verified by the ECAA in accordance with the ECAA's membership eligibility criteria.
ECAA membership also brings with it a host of benefits. These range from professional development, business support and resources, networking opportunities, business support and resources. ECAA member benefits are designed to help ECAA registered agency to keep their knowledge up to date, gain new skills, share ieads and concepts with peers as well as develop and manage their work and business.

Eligibility Criteria


The ECCA has two levels of membership:
Founding Member is the 15 members who initially founded ECCA in August 2010.
Member is open to any education agencies which meet the following criteria:
An Australian Company. The evidence required as a proof of such incorporation are:
A. A certified copy of the certificate of incorporation; and
B. The Applicants Australian Business Number.
Holds at least two years of experience as an education consultant. The evidence required as proof of such relevant experience are:
A. Certified copies of the letters of appointment as an urgent ( for the purpose of recruiting International students) of at least four CRICOS listed Australian education providers approved by the Board of Directors, minimum of two Universities and two of TAFE ; and
B. The Applicant must state in the Application form that they hold at least two years experience as an education consultant.
A reference from a member of the Association stating that the applicant is proficient in their expertise, fit and suitable to be a member of the Association and that they are aware that the Applicant holds at least two years experience as an education consultant and they have known the principles of the body corporate for at least 12 months.
Need two references from Australian education providers ( at least one from University and One from TAFE) Approved by the board of Directors that the applicant is proficient in their expertise ,fit and suitable to be a member of the Association and that they have known the principles of the body corporate for at least 12 months.
The Applicant (the principals or One of the counsellor) to be pier on -line trained.

Membership Fees


This Fee Schedule for New and Current members is $500
Notes: Total fee consists of an annual membership subscription fee which is non-refundable, however for some reason if the application does not proceed or ECAA membership is notgranted, the membership fee may be refunded. Membership applications will not be finalised until the total fee payment has been processed by ECAA. In case if the membership status is cancelled by ECAA on the member's default, the prepaid membership fee is non-refundable.
